White Crane Karate School has been teaching Japanese Goju-Ryu Karate to Adults in Barnet for many years. Our focus is on confidence, fitness and practical self-defence in a supportive enviroment. Chief Instructor, a long time resident of Barnet, is Steve Duffy 7th Dan Black Belt. Our school is affiliated to the World Shoseikan Karate-Do and the Japan Karatedo Federation Goju-Kai.
