Based on an ancient self-protection/health pattern from the Orient called Pechurin, this soft and gentle exercise class, similar to Tai Chi Chuan, is ideal for maintaining health, vitality and relaxation.  

The slow movements of the form are suitable for the older person and not so old. They stimulate blood circulation and tone the muscles. The moves enhance co-ordination and balance and keep the mind sharp.
